Kaikasha Trading India Private Limited (KTIPL), hereinafter referred to as the "Owner" or "RentFur", is the sole proprietor and service provider of tangible personal property, specifically identified as "Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances". By virtue of this agreement, the Owner undertakes the obligation to deliver the aforementioned items to the Lessee at the specified address or any other location as directed by the Lessee and approved by RentFur, in strict accordance with the comprehensive terms and conditions detailed herein.
In consideration of the mutual promises, covenants, and undertakings contained herein, the parties hereby enter into the following terms:
Subject to the terms and conditions herein, RentFur leases to the Lessee, and the Lessee rents from RentFur, the Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances for an initial term of XX months (as specified in the Order Email), beginning upon delivery of any part of the Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances to the Lessee.
The Lessee shall remit Rent (Service Charges) to RentFur for the use of the Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances, at the specified fixed rate. The Rent (Service Charges) is payable in advance at the time RentFur delivers the Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances to the Lessee. Payments shall be processed via designated payment gateways using payment links, accommodating options for Monthly Payments, One-Time Payments, Subscriptions Payments, or other agreed-upon payment terms. Additionally, a Refundable Rental Deposit is required upon execution of this contract. The remaining balance must be settled no later than seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the Term
Due and payable by Lessee upon execution of this Contract shall be a security deposit (“Security Deposit”) equal to the amount specified, held by RentFur to ensure Lessee’s faithful performance of all obligations under this lease. It is expressly agreed that the Security Deposit does not constitute advance rental payment or liquidated damages in case of Lessee's default. RentFur shall refund the Security Deposit within 7 business days after the contract's end, and it shall not be refunded in case of partial contract termination. In the event of Lessee's default or breach, RentFur may apply the Security Deposit to cover any unpaid rent, damages, expenses, or liabilities caused by such default or breach. Any remaining balance of the Security Deposit shall be returned to Lessee upon contract termination. RentFur is not required to maintain the Security Deposit separately, and Lessee is not entitled to interest on the Security Deposit.
RentFur unequivocally asserts that it offers no warranties, whether expressed or implied, concerning the suitability, merchantability, design, condition, capacity, performance, or any other characteristics of the Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances. This disclaimer encompasses all materials used and the craftsmanship involved in their production. RentFur explicitly disavows any responsibility for any losses, damages, or injuries suffered by the Lessee or any third parties due to any defects, whether patent or latent, in the Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances. These defects may arise from RentFur's negligence or the application of strict liability principles under relevant legal frameworks.
RentFur offers Lessees the option of Flexible Tenure, allowing for early closure or extension of the Agreement term. In the event of early closure, Lessee must notify RentFur at least two (2) weeks prior to the intended closure date. Monthly rental rates are determined based on the initial Agreement tenure chosen at the time of order placement. Should an early closure occur, the difference in monthly rental amounts between the initially selected Agreement tenure and the effective tenure served will be calculated and billed to Lessee. The minimum tenure for any product shall be no less than 3 months. In the event of a last-minute (urgent) pick-up, a minimum charge of ₹3,000.00 or more shall be applied, depending on the location of the pick-up.
Extension of Term:
For extensions beyond the initial Agreement tenure, Lessee will be charged at the monthly rate applicable at the time of extension. All extensions or early closures must be processed through RentFur's official website and are subject to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
Rate Revision:
RentFur reserves the right to revise rental rates at its sole discretion, applicable to all current and future Agreements.
Calculation of Charges:
The amount due upon early closure will be calculated as follows: (Actual tenure rent – Contract tenure rent) multiplied by the number of months of actual tenure served.

Similarly, the contract for your order/one or more items from the order can be extended for the desired period by notifying us 2 weeks before the end of the contract.
• Late Fees:
Payment made beyond the Due Date shall incur a late fee. Late fees shall be levied on the rental due amount only.
The discounted rent shall be paid before the 5th of every month. If, fail to do so then on the 6th-day basic rent shall be applied, which is mentioned on the website till the 10th day.
The late fees shall be applied three (3) times each month; 10% on the 11th day of the month, another 5% on the 18th day of the month, and another 5% on the 25th day of the month, the late fees shall be applied only on the whole amount. Refer point # 27/14 (Coupons/Offers/Discounts).
• Pro-Rata:
Pro-Rata shall be calculated only for the first (1st) month and one-time for every new order number after delivery.
Pro-Rata shall be calculated according to the days used after the delivery of Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances by RentFur.
Calculation shall be follow as given example 100 divide by 31 or 30 or 29 or 28 (days of the month) multiply by the days to be used.
• Rent To Own:
Rent To Own is an option to own the Furniture, Equipment’s, and Appliances after completing Three (3) Years rented with RentFur.
To own the Furniture, Equipment’s, and Appliances during the tenure of three (3) years Lessee shall not default of monthly rental payments.

• RentFur One-Time Payment Option:
RentFur offers customers the flexibility of making a one-time payment for their rental services. This option allows lessees to pay the total rental charges upfront, covering the entire duration of the agreed rental period without the need for monthly payments. Here’s how it works:
Payment Process:
Customers can choose the one-time payment option during the checkout process or by contacting RentFur directly.
The payment amount is calculated based on the total rent for the selected items and the duration of the rental period.
Convenience:
Simplifies the payment process by eliminating the need for monthly transactions.
Budgeting:
Helps customers manage their finances by paying upfront for the entire rental term.
Discounts:
RentFur may offer discounts or preferential rates for customers opting for the one-time payment option.
These discounts can vary based on the rental duration and specific promotional offers.
Booking Flexibility:
After making a one-time payment, customers can enjoy their rented items for the agreed-upon period without further financial transactions.
Extensions or modifications to the rental agreement can be managed through RentFur’s customer service or online platform, ensuring flexibility as per the terms of the original agreement.

No cancellations will be entertained after booking is completed. For any request regarding cancellation, RentFur will charge 1-month rental + delivery charges on approval only if informed 72 (seventy-two) hours prior to the delivery time. For refund of the advance rental payment kindly send us an email at hello@rentfur.com.
In the event of early closure, only the security deposit for a one-time payment shall be refunded. The lessee will be contacted by our team to provide their bank information, and the balance deposit will be refunded within 07 business days directly to their bank account.
The furniture will be delivered only after completion of KYC process. If Lessee is not reachable at the time of delivery after multiple calls, the order will be canceled, and RentFur will refund the security deposit post deduction of 1-month rent along with delivery charges. The delivery of items will be done within 1 (one) to 5 (five) working days after successful submission of KYC documents and approval. The Lessee shall not move the Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances from the location specified in this Agreement or permit the Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances to be used by anyone other than the Lessee without RentFur’s prior written consent. All Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances shall be delivered and returned by Lessee at Lessee’s risk, cost, and expense. In the event that any Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances are not returned in the same condition as when delivered, RentFur may repair or replace the same at Lessee’s expense. Lessee shall pay RentFur the rental for Furniture, Equipment’s, and Appliances until the Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances are fully repaired or replaced. Incase of urgent pick-up (short notice) lesse will be charged minimum of ₹ 3,000.00 or more depending on the pick-up loctaion.
The relocation will be done within the city limits of each location listed on the RentFur website. There will be a relocation charge which varies from INR ₹ 750.00 to ₹ 5,000.00 depending on the items and the new location. To request for relocation, kindly send us an email at hello@rentfur.com 15 (fifteen) days prior to the expected date of relocation.
The Lessee agrees that the Lessee has received the Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances in good condition and agrees to maintain the Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear and tear excepted. The Lessee shall not alter, paint, deface or change the structure of the Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances. If Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances are altered, painted, defaced, or changed in any way, such changes shall be rectified at Lessee’s expense. The Lessee shall not part with possession of the Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances or any part thereof without RentFur’s prior written consent. Lessee shall be responsible for all loss or damage to the Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances during the term of this lease. The Lessee shall notify RentFur immediately of any loss or damage to the Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances, and thereafter, the Lessee shall promptly return the damaged Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances to RentFur, at Lessee’s expense, for repair or replacement as RentFur shall determine.
RentFur will maintain the Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances in good working condition. For any issues with the functioning of the furniture, the Lessee shall inform RentFur within 72 (seventy-two) hours of delivery and RentFur will repair or replace the items free of charge. After 72 (seventy-two) hours, RentFur will charge a nominal fee for maintenance services. For any maintenance-related issues, kindly send us an email at hello@rentfur.com.
The Lessee shall indemnify and hold harmless RentFur against any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the use of the Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances. This indemnity shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
If the Lessee defaults in any performance required of it under this Agreement, including but not limited to the failure to pay any rent or other amount when due, RentFur may exercise any one or more of the following remedies:
(a) Recover from the Lessee all sums then due and as they shall thereafter become due under this Agreement.
(b) Terminate this Agreement as to any or all items of Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances.
(c) Recover from the Lessee all expenses incurred by RentFur in connection with the recovery of the Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.
(d) Pursue any other remedy available at law or in equity.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between the parties, whether written or oral. This Agreement may not be amended except by a written agreement signed by both parties.
The laws of India shall govern and interpret this Agreement. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall be presented exclusively to the courts of Mumbai.
Any notice required or permitted to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be sent by email to the other party at its address set forth below or such other address as such party may designate by notice hereunder:

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The waiver by either party of a breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not operate as or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
To avail Upgrade/Swap/Relocation, Lessee shall complete minimum tenure of 12 Months with RentFur. During the tenure with RentFur Lessee shall not default on Rent (Service Charges) including the late payment/fees. If Lessee request to avail Upgrade/Swap/Relocation, RentFur shall check the records of the Lessee Payments, Dues, etc., for the eligibility of the Lessee to avail Upgrade/Swap/Relocation. If Lessee defaulted on any of the mentioned terms, Upgrade/Swap/Relocation shall be Null and Void without any prior notice till the end of the contract.
In the event that the Lessee remains without default upon the expiration of this Lease, the provision for Auto-Renewal shall be invoked. The Lessee shall have the exclusive option, at its discretion, to exercise the right to renew this Lease for a term of similar duration, subject to terms and conditions mutually agreed upon by the Parties in writing. This option must be exercised by formal notification sent to RentFur via email at hello@rentfur.com.
In the event of a cheque bounce, the Lessee shall incur a penalty of ₹ 1,000.00 per occurrence, payable to RentFur. Additionally, the Lessee shall reimburse RentFur for any bank charges or fees incurred as a result of the cheque bounce.
Lessee shall bear all risks of loss of and damage to Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances from any cause; an occurrence of such loss or damage shall not relieve Lessee of any obligation hereunder. In the event of loss or damage, Lessee, at RentFur’s option, shall:
(a) place the damaged Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances in good repair, condition, and working order; or
(b) replace lost or damaged Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances with like Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances in good repair, condition, and working order with documentation creating clear title thereto in RentFur; or
(c) pay to RentFur the then unpaid balances of the aggregate rent reserved under the lease plus the value of RentFur’s residual interest in the Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances. Upon RentFur’s receipt of such payment, Lessee shall be entitled to RentFur’s interest in said item for salvage purposes, in its then condition and location, as is, without warranty, express or implied. RentFur reserves the right to apply Lessee’s Security Deposit towards the total cost of any lost or damaged Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances.
Lessee shall indemnify and hold RentFur harmless against all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances or the lease, including without limitation, the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession, use, operation, or return of the Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances.
If Lessee fails to comply with any provision of this lease, RentFur may enforce such compliance on behalf of Lessee upon ten (10) days prior written (via email) notice to Lessee. In such an event, all monies expended by, and all expenses of RentFur in enforcing such compliance shall be considered additional rental and must be paid by Lessee to RentFur at the time of the next periodic payment of rent (Service Charges).
Without RentFur’s prior written consent, Lessee shall not (i) assign, transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of the Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances or any interest therein, or (ii) sublet or lend Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances or permit their use by anyone other than Lessee or Lessee’s employees. Despite any assignment by RentFur, provided Lessee is not in default hereunder, Lessee shall quietly enjoy the use of the Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances, subject to the terms and conditions of this lease.
If Lessee ceases doing business as a going concern, or if any credit or financial information submitted to RentFur by Lessee is materially untrue, or if a petition in bankruptcy, insolvency, or reorganization is filed by or against Lessee or any guarantor of Lessee’s obligations hereunder, or if Lessee or any guarantor of Lessee’s obligations makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors or defaults in payment or other performance required under this lease or any other lease or agreement between RentFur and Lessee, RentFur may exercise any one or more of the following remedies:
To declare the entire balance of rent immediately due and payable for any or all schedules of Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances covered hereby, and to similarly accelerate the balances under any other leases between RentFur and Lessee without notice or demand.
To sue for and recover all rents and other monies due concerning any or all items of Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances to the extent permitted by law.
To require Lessee to assemble all Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances at Lessee’s expense, at a place reasonably designated by RentFur.
To remove any physical obstructions to the removal of the Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances and to take possession of any or all items of Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances, without demand or notice, wherever located, disconnecting and separating all such Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances from any other property, with or without a court order or retaking hearing or other processes of law. It is understood that the right to repossess in case of default forms a basis for the financial accommodation reflected by this lease. Lessee hereby waives all damages occasioned by such retaking. RentFur may, at its option, use, ship, store, repair, or lease all Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances so removed, and sell or otherwise dispose of any such Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances at a private or public sale. Lessee shall be liable for and shall pay to RentFur:
All expenses incurred by RentFur in connection with the enforcement of any of RentFur’s remedies, including all expenses of repossession, storing, shipping, repairing, and selling or leasing the Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances.
All legal fees and charges.
RentFur and Lessee acknowledge the difficulty in establishing a value for the unexpired lease term and owing to such difficulty agree that the provisions of this paragraph represent an agreed measure of damages and are not to be deemed a forfeiture or penalty. If any payment is not made by Lessee when due hereunder, Lessee shall pay to RentFur, not later than one month thereafter, an amount calculated at the rate of five percent one rupee of each such delayed payment, but only to the extent allowed by law, and may, to the extent permitted by law, be exercised concurrently or separately. The exercise of any one remedy shall not be deemed to be an election of such remedy or to preclude the exercise of any other remedy. No failure on the part of RentFur to exercise and no delay in exercising any right or remedy shall operate as a waiver thereof or modify the terms of this lease. No part of these default and remedial provisions shall negate or in any way modify RentFur’s right to use Lessee’s Security Deposit to the extent necessary to make good any arrears of rent and/or any damage, injury, expense, or liability caused to RentFur by the event of default or breach of the covenant as provided in paragraph 3 of this lease agreement.
If the Lessee breaches any provision of this lease, RentFur reserves the unilateral right to enforce such compliance on behalf of the Lessee following a ten (10) day advance written notice (via email). In such an event, all expenditures and costs incurred by RentFur in effecting such compliance shall be considered additional rental obligations and must be remitted by the Lessee to RentFur at the subsequent rent payment (Service Charges).
Without RentFur’s prior written consent, Lessee shall not (i) assign, transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of the Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances or any interest therein, or (ii) sublet or lend Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances or permit it to be used by anyone other than Lessee or Lessee’s employees. Notwithstanding any assignment by RentFur, providing Lessee is not in default hereunder, Lessee shall quietly enjoy the use of the Furniture, Equipment’s, and Appliances, subject to the terms and conditions of this lease.
Time is of the essence in this lease. The Lessee waives trial by jury in any action by or against the RentFur under this lease.
This instrument constitutes the entire and integrated agreement between RentFur and the Lessee concerning the subject matter contained herein. Any and all amendments or modifications to this agreement shall be deemed valid only if memorialized in writing and duly executed by both parties.
A digital copy of this agreement shall be transmitted to each client via electronic mail subsequent to the placement of an order on our website, annexed to the order confirmation email. This digital copy is provided for reference purposes only; notwithstanding, the most current and authoritative version shall be perpetually available in the terms and conditions section of our website.
This lease agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. All claims and disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be exclusively settled by binding arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Any award rendered through arbitration may be enforced and confirmed by a court of competent jurisdiction in Mumbai.
Kaikasha Trading India Private Limited (KTIPL), trading as RentFur, operates exclusively as a furniture and appliances rental service provider. KTIPL expressly disclaims any guarantees or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the performance, reliability, or durability of the rented items, beyond those explicitly provided by the manufacturers. Customers are strongly advised to meticulously scrutinize and comprehend the terms and conditions outlined in the rental agreement.

The Lessee acknowledges and agrees that its obligations under this lease are unconditional and shall remain fully enforceable irrespective of any inability of the Lessee to utilize the Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances, or any portion thereof, for any reason whatsoever. The Lessee further acknowledges that its obligations shall not be subject to reduction or set-off against RentFur, except in cases arising from RentFur’s breach of this lease agreement. The terms and conditions of this lease shall be binding upon and accrue to the benefit of the parties herein and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns.
Users shall be charged a fee of INR ₹ 1,000.00 for cancellations requested by the user after verification.
RentFur shall handle the maintenance of electronic appliances throughout the contract. However, RentFur shall not be responsible for any perishable, edible, consumable, or wearable items that may become stale, spoiled, worn out, etc. during the maintenance.
RentFur shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil disturbances, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, epidemics, pandemics, governmental actions, and interruptions, loss, or malfunctions of utilities, communications, or computer (software and hardware) services. During such events, RentFur's obligations will be suspended to the extent of the Force Majeure event.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the lessee shall remain responsible for the safety, care, and maintenance of the rented products while they are on the lessee's premises. The lessee shall ensure that the rented products are protected and secured during any Force Majeure event and shall bear any loss or damage that occurs to the rented products during such time.
1) Coupons/Offers/Discounts are valid for a limited time only.
2) RentFur reserves the right to modify or cancel Coupons/Offers/Discounts at any time.
3) If you do not order the qualifying items added to your Cart when the Coupons/Offers/Discounts are in effect, the discount shall not apply.
4) The Coupons/Offers/Discounts apply only to qualifying items.
5) The Coupons/Offers/Discounts offer will not be valid until it is applied to the qualifying item.
6) The Coupons/Offers/Discounts only be used on rentfur.com.
7) The promotion is limited to one Coupons/Offers/Discounts per Lessee/per order.
8) If you return any of the items ordered with Coupons/Offers/Discounts, the Coupons/Offers/Discounts or value may be subtracted.
9) To apply Coupons/Offers/Discounts require a minimum rent or above depending upon the Coupons/Offers/Discounts.
10) Coupons/Offers/Discounts good while supplies last.
11) Coupons/Offers/Discounts Void where prohibited.
12) The Lessee is required to pay any applicable tax related to the use of the Coupons/Offers/Discounts.
13) Coupons/Offers/Discounts are void if restricted or prohibited by law.
14) If a default on rent payments for two (2) months Coupons/Offers/Discounts shall be Null and Void without any prior notice till the end of the contract.
